As we know many of you will be coming from afar, we wanted to plan some extra events for the weekend. Please let us know when you arrive and depart as we would love to spend as much time with you as we can!

FRIDAY
Arrivals
- Depending on your arrival time please make your way to Sophie & Gregs house or meet us at Currumbin Beach.
11am - Swim at the beach
12.30pm - Lunch at Currumbin Surf Club
3pm - Bus to Gilston Manor
3.30pm - Tent check ins and bar is open!
4pm - 6pm - Bus shuttle from School Car Park.for those who are arriving by personal car, Taxi or Uber.
6pm - Food
10pm - Bus Departures for those not staying on site

SATURDAY

9am - Bus to Currumbin. Activity options can be found by Clicking here.
12.30pm - Bus return to Gilston Manor from Currumbin Surf Life Saving Club.
2pm - Shuttle running from Gilston State School to Gilston Manor.
2.30pm- WEDDING TIME!
11pm - Shuttle Bus to Gilston State School (as needed).
11pm - All off site guests to leave via bus.

9am - 10am - Shuttle bus from Gilston State School to Gilston Manor for Sunday Recovery day

ALL DAY FUN BY THE POOL

Collection and Drop Off Point
NO CARS ARE ALLOWED ON SITE.
The Gilston State School Car Park will provide parking close to the venue (750m) and we will be running a shuttle bus to collect people to take them to the site.
Taxi and Uber drop off point will also be at the Gilston State School Car Park.
